It is no coincidence that the Riedel Mamba Double Magnum Green Decanter resembles an elegant snake: the power and energy of the famous black Mamba, the fastest snake in the world, provided the inspiration for this design.
Ok putting fast snakes to one side for a moment as you can see from the photo we took as Andi (who's in charge of the website) unpacked the Mamba, its a really magnificent beast. It'll make quite a statement on any dinning room table!
Even when it is being filled, the wine flows through several chambers and is therefore DOUBLE DECANTED and consequently intensively aerated. This effect can only be achieved over a period of hours in a conventional decanter.
The long neck, ideal for pouring out, revitalizes the wine in the two aeration chambers when it is served.

Rinse decanter with warm water after use, until the water running through is clear. Do not use soap, as alcohol is a natural disinfectant and the decanter hasn't been drunk from!
