The Riedel Restaurant New World Pinot Noir Glass (0447/07) was developed in collaboration with winemakers in Oregon, one of the world's leading New World Pinot Noir regions, through a series of sensory workshops designed to establish the bowl shape that best presents the variety's distinctive character. The result is the tulip shape with a slightly flared lip that is now one of the most widely used Pinot Noir glass formats in the world.

At 850ml with a 106mm diameter and the characteristic flared lip, the bowl is designed to support the balance of fragility and fresh compact fruit that defines New World Pinot Noir. The tulip shape and slightly flared lip work together to highlight the irresistible sweetness that great Pinot Noir carries while perfectly balancing the acidity and minimising the perception of alcohol. Machine-made in lead-free crystal, certified for 1,500 commercial dishwasher cycles, sold in sets of 12.

Although we hope your order arrives in perfect condition and you love your items, we realise that sometimes things go wrong (or you change your mind). Our quick and simple returns policy is outlined below, and we will do our best to help make the process as easy as possible. 

Please also remember that you can contact us via our contact form or phone - where you will be speaking to a member of our team based in our Surrey warehouse.

 

I want to return an unwanted item.

If an item is unwanted, it can be returned to us for a no-quibble refund. The item(s) must be in a resaleable condition, and in their original packaging.

Please wrap or box items appropriately for transit to avoid damage to goods or boxes. 

Please do not stick labels or tape directly to the products packaging (e.g. branded box) as if it is damaged in any way, we can no longer accept the return. 

The best way to pack items is by re-using the outer packing material (bubble wrap) and box that we used when sending your package originally. 

If the product returned is not in fully resalable condition, or the branded box is damaged, we will apply our half-price replacement guarantee and credit you or refund you for half the original price of the item. 

Customers are responsible for the cost of returning item(s), and we suggest using a recorded or signed for delivery service so the parcel is insured and can be tracked. 

Goods are the customer’s responsibility until they arrive at our address.
