The Riedel Restaurant Grape Pinot Noir/Nebbiolo/Aperitivo Glass (0424/07) is the aromatic specialist in the Grape collection: a wide-bowl flat-bottomed glass at 750ml and 111mm diameter where the broad bowl transitions to a narrower rim to concentrate the bouquet of delicate reds like Pinot Noir and Nebbiolo at the nose. Although we hope your order arrives in perfect condition and you love your items, we realise that sometimes things go wrong (or you change your mind). Our quick and simple returns policy is outlined below, and we will do our best to help make the process as easy as possible. 

Please also remember that you can contact us via our contact form or phone - where you will be speaking to a member of our team based in our Surrey warehouse.

 

I want to return an unwanted item.

If an item is unwanted, it can be returned to us for a no-quibble refund. The item(s) must be in a resaleable condition, and in their original packaging.

Please wrap or box items appropriately for transit to avoid damage to goods or boxes. 

Please do not stick labels or tape directly to the products packaging (e.g. branded box) as if it is damaged in any way, we can no longer accept the return. 

The best way to pack items is by re-using the outer packing material (bubble wrap) and box that we used when sending your package originally. 

If the product returned is not in fully resalable condition, or the branded box is damaged, we will apply our half-price replacement guarantee and credit you or refund you for half the original price of the item. 

Customers are responsible for the cost of returning item(s), and we suggest using a recorded or signed for delivery service so the parcel is insured and can be tracked. 

Goods are the customer’s responsibility until they arrive at our address.
